"I have had a consistently frustrating experience with the Ryan Walker State Farm agency in Bend. They continue charging me for items I have repeatedly asked to have removed, and they have also left people on my policies after I specifically requested those changes. When I asked to speak directly with the agent, I was never given the courtesy of a callback, and instead had to deal with staff who were unable to resolve the problem. This level of service is beyond disappointing and has created unnecessary hassle and confusion."
